Jason, Alissa, and I (Jenna) did a dolphin hunt on Tuesday Sept. 22nd. The weather wasn't cooperating as well as we'd like. However, we stuck it out and ended up having a break in the weather. We thought we were almost skunked with seeing any dolphins, but as we started heading back 3-4 dolphins popped up to say hello! We all had a wonderful time. Thanks for taking us out in the somewhat crummy weather. We look forward to seeing the pictures online and will definitely keep you guys in mind the next time we may be in the area!!! Hello makin waves was great. The service was great! From booking our trip to getting great instructions on riding and being a safe rider. We went somewhere else last year and this was a more enjoyable.We had more area to ride in the jet skies were newer and held 3 people. I would highly make makin waves a jet ski adventure every year we are at Topsail! thanks for the pictures see you next year.

We had a blast on the jet ski. It was a great Birthday Present from my husband that we enjoyed together. The water was perfect, we had great service and he even took us down the Inner Coastal Water Way. Can't wait to come back and we will def be making more reservations in the future! We will recommend you to our friends and family that visit here.

We had a great time jet skiing! We would definitely recommend Makin Waves to our friends and be back the next time we are in town. The jet skis were brand new and we got them up to 55 and 56 mph! And the best part - they take great photos while you ride! Thank you so much!

HI from NY PA border, we came on monday august 24th and we had a blast! The equipment is brand new and the ride was awesome! We had so much fun we already have it planned to go on the south tour next year since we went north this year.We will definately be back year after year, so don't go away on us!!

My family had a great time on your jet skis! The area was very scenic (egrets, inlets, etc.) and had very little boat traffic. Also, the jet skis had plenty of power. This all made for a safe and yet adventurous time. Last, but surely not least are the photos that you post to your website FOR FREE! Thanks for an hour of great fun and family memories! I spent every summer as a child living in Surf City (when there wasn't much to do off the beach), and Makin Waves is a great addition to the area. Good equipment, friendly service and a great location to ride. Riding with a pod of dolphins near the bridge was icing on the cake. The online picture gallery is a nice touch, too. Thanks for not trying to squeeze a few extra bucks out of folks just to take some action photos. We'll be back soon.

I brought my 12 yr old daughter to our first ocean visit and we loved the jet skis. It was great how everyone was so helpful and reassuring. WE HAD A BLAST!! will do it again for sure.....

My fiance and I recently went jet skiing through makin waves and I gotta say, it was so much fun. We went about a month ago and did the freestyle jet skiing..we took turns driving and had a blast. Then we went jet skiing again a few days ago and did the dolphin hunt. The people who worked there were so friendly and really awesome. If anyone is thinking about jet skiing, I recommend makin waves 100%. I'm definitely looking forward to going again..

We had a great time on the jet skis!! We were staying in Topsail and wanted to do something different so we found Makin Waves and loved every minute of it. Ken took us out and took good care of us. We went out around 10am but my only complaint was that the water was to calm, no waves in sight, so we just had to make our own!! The entire process of checking in was quick and easy and they got us out on the skis quickly. If we ever return to Topsail we will definetly be back to Makin Waves.

WOW! We can't say enough about the great folks at Makin' Waves. Our two daughters wanted to jet ski for the first time and we were nervous about it! Everyone from Charity to Kenny to Mike was reassuring every step of the way. Makin Waves is fun and they are very professional teaching safety and building confidence. It all turned out to be great fun and my kids can't wait to go back. Our jet skiing time at Makin Waves was the highlight of our holiday weekend.

Wow! You guys are awesome! It was a first time experience for Mom and the 2 sixteen year olds, but Kenny made it perfect for each of us! The instruction was just right and having him out here made a world of difference. The skis were great, the location was ideal. The boys will be talking about this for a long time to come. Tyler was the speed demon to start with, but we unleashed Ryan's need for speed in no time, much to Mom's dismay! Michael was the coach for the finer points of controlling the ski, and yet the only one to get dumped! Hmmm. We will be back , and we will tell all of our friends where to find you. Thanks for a great time! We can't wait to see the pictures.

AWESOME experience! We came down for the weekend on a whim and made last-minute plans with no problems! Kenny was a great guide. I have been on jet ski adventures in the area in the past and this tops the charts. It was awesome to have someone out there with you, and the pictures were a great touch. Just wanted to say that my first jet ski experience was tremendously fun and worth every penny! Our guide was very nice, professional, and fun. My boyfriend, Jay, also had a great time and let me take the driver's seat for most of the hour since he had ridden a lot in the past. Next time we're renting 2 so that we have a bit more independence. It was also extremely exciting for me to get so close to the ospreys! We can't wait to come back for another run. I just wanted to thank you guys for providing a fantastic, safe, and fun time! Mike was very friendly on the phone and in-person, the admin process was quick and easy, and Ken made us feel VERY comfortable out in the water. Having a person out there makes a world of difference for safety...he even picked up my wife's hat when it blew off! The pictures that you take and post for free download is an extra special service that helps create lasting memories from out on the water...not just as tiny specks coming and going from land! First time on a Jet Ski and Makin Waves made it a perfect ride. As the wind blew through my hair I get to see Sea Hawks and Deer along the banks of the Intercoastal. The best part was being close enough to the dolphin to hear their blow holes releasing air as they surfaced. And if you¿re a couple definitely a more adventuresome way to experience a sunset; my boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed it, as well as my three friends on the other Jet Ski. Awesome!!

We had a blast this day! Thank God for Makin Waves because there was nothing else to do when we were there! We originally planned an afternoon ride but it had started to sprinkle, by the time we had all the skis in the water it was absolutly pouring. We all decided the next morning would be best, and it was a great time! The guide was super friendly and helpful. Thanks for showin us a good time!
